How we became a passionate team

Dear friends in Christ,
The Catholic Project Management Initiative was born from a simple conviction that has grown within me throughout my formation and ministry: the Church thrives when faith and good planning walk together. In every parish, every youth group, every ministry, there are people with a desire to serve — but often without the tools, structure, or confidence to bring their ideas to life.
During my years of seminary formation and community service, I saw how much potential is lost when projects lack direction, clarity, or support. I also saw how powerful it is when a community plans with purpose, collaborates with unity, and roots every decision in prayer. This is where CPMI began — in the space where faith meets practical action.
My hope is simple:
to help Catholic communities build projects that are effective, sustainable, and deeply rooted in the Gospel.
Through training, guidance, and faith-centered leadership tools, CPMI seeks to empower leaders — especially the young — to serve with competence and compassion. Whether it is organizing a retreat, planning a parish event, coordinating a charity drive, or strengthening a ministry team, I believe that every project can become an opportunity for growth, unity, and evangelization.
This initiative is closely connected to my other work, Bring Change to the Neighborhood, because both share the same heart: uplifting people, strengthening communities, and serving with integrity. One focuses on community development; the other on the life of the Church. Together, they reflect my vocation to build, to serve, and to accompany.
Thank you for walking with me in this mission.
May every project we undertake be guided by the Cross, strengthened by prayer, and carried out with love.
In Christ,
