Erick Charles Busiga is a seminarian of the Archdiocese of Mwanza, Tanzania, currently in advanced priestly formation at St. Patrick’s Seminary & University in Menlo Park, California. His formation embraces the four pillars of seminary life—human, spiritual, intellectual, and pastoral—as he prepares for a lifetime of service to the Church.
He is cultivating strong interests in Canon Law and Project Management, recognizing how both disciplines support effective, just, and well‑organized ministry. His appreciation for Canon Law reflects a desire to uphold the Church’s mission with integrity and pastoral sensitivity. His interest in Project Management strengthens his leadership skills in strategic planning, collaboration, communication, and resource stewardship.
