The Catholic Project Management Initiative equips Catholic leaders with the skills and spiritual grounding needed to plan and carry out meaningful projects. Through training, support, and faith‑centered guidance, we strengthen the Church’s mission at the parish and community level.

“Catholic Project Management Initiative (CPMI)

Founded by Erick Charles Busiga, the Catholic Project Management Initiative is a ministry dedicated to helping parishes, youth groups, and Catholic organizations plan and carry out their projects with clarity, faith, and responsible stewardship.

Although CPMI operates as a separate initiative, it remains closely connected to Bring Change to the Neighborhood, sharing the same commitment to service, formation, and community uplift.

CPMI offers:

• Training in basic project management for parish leaders, youth, and volunteers

• Support for organizing retreats, events, charity drives, and ministry projects

• Spiritual Integration rooted in prayer, discernment, and Gospel values

Guided by principles of stewardship, service, community, and prayer, CPMI unites practical planning with a deeply Catholic heart.
